Texas Dominates SEC Swimming and Diving Championships

The University of Texas asserted its dominance in the pool, with both the men's and women's swimming and diving teams capturing the 2026 SEC Championship titles in Knoxville. The Longhorn women secured their second consecutive conference crown with 1,413.5 points, while the men also repeated as champions, finishing with 1,449.5 points for their 47th consecutive conference title overall.

The Florida Gators also had a strong showing, with the men's team securing a second-place finish with 1,292 points and the women's team earning third place with 1,015.5 points. Both Texas and Florida saw numerous individual champions and podium finishes throughout the five-day event, capping a highly competitive conference championship meet.
