Asked how the team avoids complacency after the playoff breakthrough, Texas A&M's head coach didn't sugarcoat it: "I show them our trophy case and it's empty." He added that while the Aggies are happy with the direction of the program, "it's also not lost on us that we haven't won the hardware that we're searching for." Archie Goodwin poured in a game-high 22 points in his tournament debut and hit the Elam Ending winner as La Familia beat Louisville-alumni squad The Ville 63-57 at Memorial Coliseum, taking the rubber match of a three-game rivalry series. Kentucky is making a strong summer push for Reese Alston, the No. 8 overall prospect and third-ranked point guard in the 2027 class — and the son of former NBA guard Rafer Alston.
